  1. Great Post Jim! I agree if you are going to run your business part-time you have to use all of the time you are giving your business very wisely.

  2. Right on the money Jim (as usual)!

  3. Great post Jim. Outsourcing will be my next task. I have including this in my own blog.

  4. Jim,

Thank you for always delivering the goods on your blog. I always learn something new with each of your posts.

  5. Hey Jim,

Great advice. I know what you mean, since I still work
full time. I do treat my business as a full-time
business and still manage to put in up to
    30 hours a week.

    Thanks for the valuable content!
    Tommy D.

  6. Jim,

Excellent post! I am just begining the process of outsourcing.

  7. Jim,

Thanks for your wonderful insights… I too have found it much easier to get a friend to help with some of the more technical stuff in exchange for my services elsewhere when I couldn’t afford to pay someone to do it.

I like how you took both sides of the argument there Jim, because it’s true you can accomplish what needs to be done in less time when you’re focused… and I love that you pointed out that we only get paid for our results, not our time.

  8. Great advice Jim. Focus is such a key to success, focus on the things that make you money and the things that you do well.
